Cameron Highlands

A most relaxing holiday. We were up there for a one day trip on Christmas Day 2006.

The new road through Simpang Pulai is no doubt less winding and takes a shorter time to reach Tanah Rata compared to the old route Tapah-Ringlet. We were there to savour the famous frog legs reportedly to be the size of a small chick. Yeah, food was good but not cheap. The two giant frogs had cost us a whooping RM80.(Hey, a normal size frog usually cost only RM7).

Weather is cool and breezy. A nice cup of hot tea at Cameron Valley will definitely perk you up. View of the tea plantation is simply breathtaking. It is also a good place to shop for fresh fruits, vegetables and flowers too.
